[#18]

Didn't quite make it home before it started getting dark about a week ago, but I was close so I didn't bother to stop and pull the tinted covers off my headlights.

Lesson learned!

These things are everywhere around here, they love playing on the road, and are capable of doing a lot more damage at 70mph than one would think.

Rooster Rooster !!!!

Are you in South Dakota? I go up there every October to go Pheasant Hunting. Glad you didnt hit it. Those things could do some damage but yes they are not small birds

North Dakota, actually.  About 40 miles off the Canadian border.  I guess they just released a bunch of birds up here recently, so they are literally, everywhere.

Pretty good hunting and fishing up here.

What part of SD do you go hunting?

Indeed, the video quality does seem quite good.  As it should be!  It's supposed to be 4k with one of the newest Starvis 2 chips.

Aside from the gps speed updating kind of slow and some teething issues getting my phone to connect to the camera's wireless network, I've been pretty happy with it.

BTW, I counted 31 pheasants (still living), 4 Canadian honkers, and 1 dead coyote along the highway on my 40 mile drive home this evening.  Luckily the deer population is way down these last couple of years so we don't have to worry quite so much about them.
