Anyone else have this problem ? Did the front coil spacers that were left in place cause any issues after driving with them for a couple hundred miles ?

This has happened a lot. Mine were in my trunk. But yes I would say I would guess 30% of people have reporting the dealer failed to take those out.
It doesnt hurt you car to have them in but it makes it a rougher ride until you remove them.
