Every spec sheet and YouTube launch looks perfect. Real streets, real tires, real weather usually don't. So let's build an owner reference thread: what 0-60 are you actually seeing in YOUR Dark Horse, and how are you measuring it?

For anchor points, here's roughly where the published and instrumented numbers land:

- 10-speed automatic: Ford-cited times are in the high-3s to ~4.0s in ideal conditions. Independent instrumented tests (e.g. MotorWeek) have logged around 4.3s at the strip with real-world traction. The auto launches hard and is tough to beat off the line.

- 6-speed manual: independent tests and estimates put it around 4.1s. It gains and loses time in different places than the auto — a lot comes down to your launch and how well you're hooking up.

Bottom line the testers keep landing on: the two transmissions are close, and the "faster" one depends as much on conditions and driver as the gearbox.

So — real-world check-in. When you reply, it helps to include:

1. Manual or auto (and Handling/Performance pack if you have it)

2. Best 0-60 you've seen, and how you measured it (dragy / GPS box, in-dash performance app, dragstrip slip, or seat-of-the-pants estimate)

3. Conditions — surface, temp, tire, elevation

4. Launch method (line lock/rollout, RPM you dropped the clutch or brake-torqued, traction/drive mode)

No judgment on numbers — street traction, cold tires, and altitude eat tenths fast, and an honest "seat-of-the-pants, no timer" is still useful data. Curious whether the manual guys are hooking up as well as the instrumented tests suggest.
